Ricci Wynne, a 39-year-old social media influencer known for his contentious films that explored San Francisco’s darker aspect, has been charged with producing child porn. In addition to the allegations of human trafficking stemming from his November arrest, national papers released on Tuesday reveal that Wynne faces two matters of producing child pornography.
Wynne allegedly coerced two juveniles into performing sexually explicit acts that he recorded on his phone. According to the prosecution, he is alleged to have intended to benefit from the shocking film. Wynne was first detained at San Francisco International Airport alongside a lady on suspicion of selling and pandering. He is currently imprisoned in federal prison. He has entered a not-guilty plea to these accusations.
Authorities seized Wynne’s phone, which contained the identifying videos, during the arrest. Following a 2019 conviction for possessing firearms and selling methamphetamine, Wynne was already on supervision.
Wynne claimed to have changed despite having a legal history and blatantly improved, utilizing his views to identify the problems with drug and crime in San Francisco. His videos, which are frequently shared on liberal platforms, depicted drug use and city homelessness. Wynne, a outspoken supporter of Trump, received a lot of consideration for his writing.
Wynne stated in a 2023 meeting with KRON4 that” I changed my life and am trying to do something nice for the society.” San Franciscans must defend our town. You don’t do anything by running ahead.
Wynne has not posted on social media since his arrest in November, and his YouTube bill has been deleted because he broke area rules. Wynne faces a minimum of 15 years in prison, a fine of$ 25,000, and at least five years of supervised release if found guilty of the new charges.
