Conspiracy boys Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are accused of human smuggling and infiltrating a criminal group to exploit people, have returned to Romania and have pleaded their ignorance.
The Tates, who both hold citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom, made their landing on Saturday at 1 am ( local time ) at Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport. Following the raising of a travel restrictions that had kept them locked up in Romania for two years, they now have a virtually month-long trip to the US.
Andrew Tate, 38, who is well known for his outspoken website views and sexist opinions, claimed on social media that their transatlantic flight cost$ 185, 000 and that they flew” to mark one single piece of paper.”
Tate insisted to reporters that they had returned to their home to show their innocence after speaking to them outside of their Bucharest residence.
He said,” Innocent people don’t move from anything.” ” After everything we’ve been through, we truly deserve the day in court where it is stated that we have done nothing wrong and that we ought to have never been in court in the first place. We ought to have not entered prison. Our property should never have been seized. Our brands ought to never have been slandered.
He added that anyone who believed any of this “garbage has a specially small IQ,” according to AP.
Tristan Tate, his brother, said,” I think it’s really telling that we were dragged …in front of the internet, into captivity, out of prison, all this time, and in December last year, a judge said… there’s not enough evidence for this to even go to test.”
The boys were formally indicted last year and were the first to be detained in Romania in soon 2022. According to the prosecution, the trio allegedly lured people to Romania under false pretenses before molesting them for sex. A murder charge is also brought against Andrew Tate. The brothers, but, refute all of these claims.
The investigation is still ongoing despite a Bucharest court’s decision in December to forbid the case from going to trial according to legal issues. The Tates have also filed a second case against the authorities in Romania, involving allegations of human smuggling, trafficking minors, sexual relations with minors, hear proximalization, and money laundering, charges that they also deny.
The Tate boys are still subject to the country’s judicial system, meaning they are required to appear before officials on summonses. Their attorney, Eugen Vidineac, confirmed that they are scheduled to meet with a security officer on Monday.
Beyond Romania, their constitutional issues stretch. Four women in the UK have filed legal suits against Andrew Tate, alleging that he engaged in sexual assault and natural abuse, after the Crown Prosecution Service declined to file a judicial charge against him.
