According to a criminal ethics statement, the district court judge who recently blocked President Donald Trump’s efforts to arrest illegal alien crew members also spoke at a suspiciously political legal event just months before his decision.

Judge James Boasberg, a member of the D.C. District Court, appeared to be attending a Democrat approach session in Sun Valley, Idaho, while acting as a legitimate conference.  ,
The conference’s” Judges in a Democracy” and” State of Democracy” speakers sounded eerily similar to the Democrats ‘ sluggish 2024 campaign rhetoric about” saving democracy” — which, of course, has become the justification for their using the courts to obstruct Trump’s agenda.
The document, which is called a” Discreetly Funded Seminar Disclosure Report,” claims Boasberg was present but doesn’t reveal whether he was paid for his presence, go, or what the pay was.  ,
A retired Democrat-appointed prosecutor, who was “aware of the league’s and Boasberg’s presence,” expressed concern that the July 2024 tournament’s focus on judges ‘ roles in a politics was too closely related to the democratic party’s theme for comfort.
The social guidelines governing federal courts, which were overseen by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, require a private institution to disclose financial and programmatic knowledge when it offers to pay for or charge a federal judge for an educational program that is held as a speech, panelist, or participant in excess of$ 480. Sometimes Judge Boasberg may hold his strategy sessions next time there that isn’t as obvious as a millionaire’s playground. The remaining has not, however, been especially good at concealing its disapproval of Trump or the rule of law.  ,
