In 2023, a nearly identical loop was visible over the US, which was later confirmed to be an overflow of energy from a SpaceX jet launched from California, according to The Mirror.
People in Ireland were also left perplexed by an “unusual item” in the sky for two nights straight just last week. On Wednesday night over Dublin, two flashing things were visible side by side, and a second shining light flew off the west coast the night before.
According to AlanO’Reilly of Carlow Weather,” I received two movies from followers that showed an unexpected object in the sky over the last two evenings.”

However, for many observatories, this most recent spectacle likely has a more scientific explanation given SpaceX launches ‘ reputation for producing such strange spirals.
