
The latest in a crackdown on illegal marijuana income, city authorities said three people were detained this year at three different advantage businesses.

After receiving a tip that the shop was selling only genuine marijuana and merchandise with higher THC than was permitted, Ahmedou-Touh was detained in connection with similar offenses at the same shop next month.
The unique services division of the police department and the State of Connecticut medicine control division are conducting a wider joint investigation into nearby, unlicensed sales of cannabis.
