Vladimir Putin confirmed on Monday that Donald Trump had been given a photograph of the US president by him.
In a reaction to a reporter’s issue, Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesman, said in a response to the writer’s question, declining to comment further.
Witkoff first mentioned the product in an appointment with previous Fox News host Tucker Carlson next year. Trump “was obviously touched” by his Russian rival’s movement, according to Wittkoff, who told Carlson that the image was “beautiful.”
Witkoff called the Russian president’s product “gracious” in an appointment with Carlson. Putin also recalled being informed by Putin that he ( Putin ) prayed for Trump when the then-current US presidential candidate eluded a murder attempt in July of last year.

In response to Putin’s remarks, Witkoff said,” He was praying for his friend.”
Following discussions with Russian authorities about trying to end the conflict in Ukraine, Witkoff and Putin met. American leaders met their Soviet counterparts in Saudi Arabia on Monday, one day after their meeting with Russian diplomats.
If the painting has been bug-tested, it was not instantly known. The White House has not made any comments regarding the image.
Trump received a hockey game in 2018, which the Secret Service checked for “listening products” before Trump gave it to his son, then in his first word. The protection went up to 1945, when Russian schoolchildren gave the then-US adviser Averell Harriman a carving of the Great Seal.
The current had turned out to be a bug. The Soviet Union eavesdropped on his discussions until the US State Department discovered it contained a covert hearing system, so the product hung in Harriman’s company for six years.
Putin’s favors of former US Presidents
Trump is not the first US president to get a product from Vladimir Putin. At a conference in Geneva, Switzerland, Putin gave Joe Biden a$ 12, 000 writing field and ink in 2021. He allegedly sent Barack Obama espresso cups and ceramic plates in 2013.
This isn’t, it seems, the second photograph of a US head Putin has sent either. He allegedly sent a picture of the previous American president to George H. Bush in 2014 on the author’s 90th birthday.
