Donald Trump, the president of the United States, hosted the annual Iftar dining at the White House on Thursday and thanked the Muslim community for their support of the November 2024 national elections.
” I want to give a pretty special thanks to the tens of thousands of Muslim Americans who voted for us in the presidential election in 2024. It was remarkable. We had a little slower relations with you, but we made it. While I’m chairman, I will be there for you, according to Trump, adding that the Muslim group was there for us in November.

The president recently addressed Ramadan observers earlier this month with his “warmest greetings.”
Eid-ul-Fitr is observed as the conclusion of everyday fasting during the Ramadan, which is observed during the classic iftar celebration. The event will be observed on March 31.
