The Trump administration will benefit from an executive order that would have otherwise prohibited it from allegedly using the legal system to foment animosity toward conservatives. The Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &amp, Flom law firm will provide$ 100 million in pro bono work to the Trump administration.

President Donald Trump has issued executive orders to a number of of Skadden’s rivals in the last two decades, but the New York City-based company is the first to strike a deal before an order may be issued. Following the law firm Paul, Weiss ‘ agreement to provide$ 40 million in pro bono work, Trump now has to revoke a law that has been criticized.

Trump called the Skadden agreement “essentially a negotiation.”

The White House did receive” a wide variety of deserving organizations and individuals” from the Skadden company. As part of the deal, it will end any practices that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and make sure to avoid denying everyone picture “because of specific attorneys’ personal political views.”

When President Trump and his administration approached the firm, “Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher &amp, Flom LLP,” the Firm stated its agency’s solid commitment to ending the Weaponization of the Justice System and the Legal Profession. According to a White House statement, the President does not cease fighting to fulfill his campaign promises to end political lawlessness in America and restore independence andamp; justice for all.

Paul, Weiss, Wilmer Hale, Jenner &amp, Block, and Perkins Coie are just a few examples of law firms that have been involved in cases involving the president and his allies.

While some have spoken with the administration, individuals have retaliated. According to Perkins Coie, Jenner &amp, Block, and Wilmer Hale, the executive orders violated the First Amendment. The last two businesses claimed that Trump despises the directions because they were intended as punishment for their earlier work for clients.

Trump’s statement stated in a speech that the deal was “in the best interests of our customers, our persons, and our Firm.”

“Skadden is pleased to have reached a fruitful agreement with President Trump and his management,” said Kadden. We actively worked with the President and his team to arrive at this agreement, according to Skadden’s senior partner Jeremy London. The company looks forward to working with President Trump and his administration for a long time. We strongly believe that this goal will benefit our firm, our clients, and our country’s citizens.
