President Trump’s plan to get America back on track is being thwarted not just by obstinate Democrats in Congress but also by dissident magistrates who think they can bypass the legal jurisdiction of the Executive Branch. These appointed partisans in black clothes seem to believe they can govern everything from emigration scheme to personnel decisions within the administration.

But Republicans aren’t taking this administrative overreach lying down. They’re launching a battle that’s long overdue, with trials planned for next week to handle this blatant misuse of judicial authority.
Rep. August Pfluger (R-TX ) told Fox News Digital that House Republicans are preparing to tackle this issue head-on. ” I think the government’s doing the right thing by fighting it legally”, he said. ” There’s a fine act that we’re considering. But, we’ll be looking at that next month”.
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL ) concurred.
” We’ll do everything that we may with our parliamentary kit to ensure that they are doing what’s right by the American people and then also following through on our democratic commitments”, she said. ” Best before President Trump took office, the Democrats really knowingly made enrollment that they were appointing obstinate judges in order to destroy what the government’s plan was”.

” Those courts are not elected to office to perceive or fixed foreign policy view. That is the whole work of the supervision”, Luna added.

” Who the devil do they think they are”? asked Rep. Troy Nehls, R-Texas.
” A city in the east, or whatever, to be able to perform an order and use it to the whole country, they don’t have the ability to accomplish that. They shouldn’t do it”, he said.
Speaking with Fox News Digital on the actions of the Capitol, Rep. Derrick Van Orden, R-Ohio, pointed to an inscription on the Supreme Court building, saying,“ It says equal justice under the law. Therefore, when you have scholars that are acting in an illegal manner … they need to move, time“.
” We’re coequal branches of government”, he went on, adding,” That dude, he’s not a king”.
Rep. Michael Rulli, R-Ohio, called the use of dissident courts to supersede foreign policy “really intimidating”.
” As far as the low-lying courts, it’s a little bit frightening to think that they could really stop the progression of a national action where you have the professional tree which should be the last claim as far as that”, he said.
The Trump administration has now scored some victories against this criminal engagement, and while it’s refreshing to see at least some judges also understand their legal position, the fact that we need legislation to stop environmentalist judges from playing politics from the chair shows just how far the Left has gone in corrupting our judicial program.
