
A small plane traveling from , Iowa , to , Minnesota , crashed into a house in a , Minneapolis , suburb , first Saturday evening, authorities said.
The event happened around  , 12: 20 p. m. Northern Time, according to the , Federal Aviation Administration.
The single-engine propeller plane,  , a SOCATA TBM7, was flying from , Des Moines International Airport , and headed to , Anoka County-Blaine Airport , in , Minneapolis , when it crashed in a private place of , Brooklyn Park, the company said.
Brooklyn Park Fire Department , people were dispatched to the neighborhood at 12: 22 for information of an “aircraft incident”, Fire Chief , Shawn Conway , said at a media conference Saturday evening.
” On entrance, there was a , huge column of smoke,  , which our incident commander upgraded to a home flames”, Conway said.
Spectacular images killed by a see shows , a house engulfed in flames , with thick black smoke rising into the atmosphere.
Even though the apartment was “fully involved” in flames, firefighters first saw no sign of an airplane “in or around the area”.
Personnel only spotted flight dust after cleaning up the area.
All of the home’s people are healthy, Conway said. However, he added of the plane,” We do not believe]there were ] any survivors”.
The , FAA , said it was unclear how many people were on table.
The event is being investigated by the , National Transportation Safety Board, an independent organization charged with investigating , U. S.  , legal aviation accidents.
