Vice President JD Vance’s Greenland journey along with Next Lady Usha Vance intensified the political struggle as Vance merely repeated Donald Trump’s comments and asserted that the US would find Greenland. The Greenland excursion was supposed to be a single one for Usha as Trump has been soft-pedaling on Greenland– in January, Donald Trump Jr visited the island, and now it was the Next Lady’s change. But the backlash from Greenland and Denmark when the attend was announced changed the program and JD Vance decided to join in. The rest of the program was chopped and they made a visit to the US army’s Pituffuk Space Base.
As Vance was never meeting any standard of the land, he appeared in a dark clothing but social media users did not miss the chance to trolls Vance. Similarities were drawn between JD Vance’s clothes with that of Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy who was criticized for not wearing a coat for his meeting with President Donald Trump.

JD Vance denounced how Denmark has underinvested in Greenland and how US would accomplish justice for the citizens of Greenland. ” Our message to Denmark is very simple: you have never done a great job by the citizens of Greenland. You have underinvested in the persons of Greenland and you have underinvested in the security infrastructure of this outstanding, beautiful territory”.
