Elon Musk headlined a town house in Green Bay, Wisc., on Sunday evening, just weeks before Wisconsin citizens decide a pivotal state Supreme Court culture. During the event, Musk underscored his opposition to activist judges by signing two$ 1 million investigations to supporters of an online petition against judicial overreach. Wearing a Wisconsin cheesehead, which he afterwards autographed and tossed into the group, Musk used the occasion to emphasize the stakes in the vote between conventional member Brad Schimel and Democrat-backed Susan Crawford.

During his talk, he likewise sharply criticized the public’s remedy of President Trump, calling out the irony of similarities between Trump and some of history’s most famous rulers. Musk argued that like rhetoric reveals both a social plan and a basic failure in traditional education.

” Sometimes we need to add some more background training back in universities”, Musk said. ” Would they understand what Hitler, Mussolini, and Stalin did? It seems they don’t”.
Musk argued that this knowledge is not spontaneous but instead a consequence of a broken training program that fails to properly train history. He placed much of the blame on the Department of Education and accused it of pushing a political education that leaves students with a distorted understanding of world situations.

” It’s just indicative of the poor quality of education pushed by the National Department of Education”, Musk said. He went on to call for a transfer to state control over education, arguing that officials in Washington have hijacked the program to promote intellectual goals rather than real understanding.
” That’s why we want to restore freedom to the states — let the states decide on the educational agenda and not have something pushed by a bunch of neo-Marxists in D. C.”, Musk said.

Conservatives have long sought to decentralize education and empower parents and local governments to have a greater say in what children are taught. Trump signed an executive order earlier this month to begin dismantling the Department of Education.
