The Democrat member for a critical state Supreme Court seat in Wisconsin is projected to win Tuesday’s special election.  ,
Dane County Judge Susan Crawford, a former attorney and the Democrats ‘ find, faced off against Waukesha County Judge and Republican pick Brad Schimel for the 10-year-term judge chair. At posting time, Crawford is back 57.8-42.2 with 36 % monitoring, and Decision Desk HQ has projected that she will get. This is troubling information for Wisconsin, a condition Trump won by only 30, 000 votes in 2024, as the future of the state may also depend on this state Supreme Court seat.

As PJ Media’s Paula Bolyard wrote, the Crawford-Schimel culture was also “determine whether the position will be a democratic heaven opening like Illinois or if common sense may prevail”. Former Gov. Scott Walker also emphasized the event’s value, as Wisconsin had a communist lot before the vote, which is now solidified. Bolyard explained more:
Now, liberal justices hold a 4-3 lot on the jury. A gain by Schimel did turn the harmony. With issues like the government’s abortion laws, union rules, redistricting, and cases involving fundamental law and order probably coming before the court in the coming months and years, another progressive justice would be a disaster for the state and let the crazies on the Left to get ground.

This loss raises questions about whether Trump-endorsed candidates in swing states that Trump won in the 2024 election can replicate his success.  ,
Wisconsin voters were also voting for superintendent of public instruction and a ballot measure to decide if voters should be required to provide photo ID. Voters approved voter ID,  , which prevents illegal aliens from voting and helps secure future elections. For superintendent, Republican Brittany Kinser ran against Democrat Jill Underly, who was exposed on X for saying she wanted to do away with school choice despite having sent her kids to private school. That race had not been decided at publishing time.
