The Democrats are undoubtedly hoping to turn the results from Wisconsin ( and even their drubbings in Florida ) into an even bigger Marketing success. They’re going to overhype and overcharge the results, generally to appease their basic ( and get those funds rolling in suddenly ).
They’ll try to steal what they can’t get through post-event policy. Which is not a bad idea because the story’s author is the one who controls the post-event tale.

The Democrats are feinting. On April 1st, we don’t want to respond to the results of a criminal vote in Wisconsin. That would be ridiculous. For a variety of reasons, Wisconsin is not all of America, and its approach to the Supreme Court would be ineffective in a standard, national poll.

The Democrats have discovered that Elon Musk is a valuable metal for rallying their foundation, and the truth is, there is a flashing “warning” mark on the GOP’s platform.
Musk himself is a part of the issue.
He’s a talent. incredibly effective. And he’s devoted so much to MAGA’s cause that it’s almost immoral to talk. But political elections is a zero-sum game, it’s not about justice, morality, or anything else.

Elon Musk is a talent, but he’s a neurodivergent genius. I believe part of his victory came from his ability to see opportunities that others cannot. He has spent his entire adult life on the cutting edge of technology, from online payment to electric cars to synthetic intelligence to space travel. In any reasonable, logical culture, he’d get showered with accolades— and unanimously acclaimed as a regional treasure.
However, we do not live in a universe like that.
He struggles to predict how others may react to his words, deeds, and antics because of his philosophical uniqueness. His motives are wonderful, but his frailty at the PR game has left him resilient.

And that means they’re gonna twice down on it. This is only the start!
To the appropriate, there are plenty of items provided by Musk. Expand, X, free talk, and oodles of cash helped considerably, but so did the fame of the Elon Musk company: The stamp of approval from the “real-life Tony Stark” mattered in the minds of the citizens.
But Musk is also offering the left political goodies at this time. He has been transformed into the conservative version of George Soros. And today, it’s using him to gin up its base, drive voters to the ballot box, and rebuild its party.

Whether or not Musk’s political relevance for MAGA is directly or indirectly related to public perception. His utility also increases when that goes south. That’s how the game is played.
DOGE is essential to eradicating fraud and waste, but those rewards will come later. Every stupid, ineffective government program still benefits a victim, and the media will make a point to highlight absolutely every setback, error, and ( photogenic ) “victim” of DOGE. That means the headlines will be increasingly negative for Musk the longer DOGE goes on.
That might be why there have been articles like this one in Axios yesterday:” Musk’s DOGE days could end soon, Trump suggests.
In any case, it is becoming increasingly clear that MAGA needs to have a better strategy in place to safeguard Elon Musk. He’s too important. A good, moral movement takes care of itself.

We should not react excessively, but it is better not to either way.
