Judge James Boasberg, move away. The Supreme Court on Monday night gave the Donald Trump Administration a bit of a win when it used the Alien Enemies Act to deport Cuban nationals, including harsh Tren de Aragua group members.  ,

The court sided with Trump’s request to overturn the provincial court’s orders last month that prevented the presidency from extinguishing noncitizens in a 5-4 decision. In essence, Trump can use the 18th-century wartime law, but with a few exceptions, the administration has “give the deportees notice of fair deportation and in such a manner that will allow them to really get habeas relief in the right venue before for removal occurs.” Instead of Washington, D.C., that place would be in Texas, where these people are currently being held.
Does anyone want to know who joined the three democratic Justices who completely disagreed, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson? Justice Amy Coney Barrett was the one who dissented in part.  ,
Barrett claimed that her coworkers ‘ “decision to engage in this dispute is as inexplicable as dangerous.”
A “landmark win for the rule of law,” according to Attorney General Pam Bondi, adding that” an environmentalist judge in Washington, D.C. does not have the authority to seize command of President Trump’s authority to conduct international plan and keep the British people safe.”
The Supreme Court and the Trump presidency concur on the Alien Enemies Act.
The decision from tonight is a historic win for the rule of law. The power to sever power of President Trump’s executive power is no vested in a prosecutor who works in Washington, DC…

Following the announcement, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt described the choice as a “massive triumph for law and order, for our constitutional republic, and for the United States of America’s sovereignty.”  ,
We requested that the Supreme Court reinstate these activist courts, like Judge Boasberg, who was trying to convince the president that he lacked the authority to arrest foreign jihadists from our shores. President Trump will continue to use the Alien Enemies Act to reduce Tren de Aragua people and violent group users, and this decision will result in a much safer world for us.  ,
Additionally, Leavitt added that Trump’s group will resume work on persecution as soon as tomorrow.  ,
Flashback :’Oopsie… To Overdue’: Gang Members Arrive in El Salvador Despite Activist Judge’s Directions
The Alien Enemies Act was used on March 15 to deport Cuban nationals to El Salvador’s notorious big prison because Venezuela refused to let them go. A momentary two-week pause was put on the program by Boasberg, a U.S. District Judge. In a 2-1 selection on March 26, a federal appeals court upheld the purchase.

According to SCOTUSblog,” Sarah Harris, next the acting U.S. lawyer public, came to the Supreme Court on March 28 and requested that the judges permit the Trump administration to carry out the March 15 get.” She claimed that the conflict raises basic questions about whether the President or the Judiciary decides how to perform delicate national-security operations in this nation. Harris argued to the judges that” the Constitution provides a distinct truth: the President.”
