Volodymyr Zelenskyy, president of Kyiv, reported on Tuesday that Russian troops had captured two Foreign citizens who were fighting alongside Soviet forces. He added that Kyiv had demand an explanation from Beijing and a response from its friends.
Since Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, relations between Moscow and Beijing have grown stronger.
Two Chinese soldiers who fought in the Soviet troops were captured by our defense. According to Zelensky, this occurred on Ukrainian territory in the Donetsk area. In a blog that included a picture of one of the alleged prisoners, Zelensky wrote,” We have the records of these captives, bank cards, and personal data.” I’ve given instructions to the Ukrainian foreign minister to touch Beijing right away to see how China will respond.
Moscow or Beijing did not respond right away. In contrast to the Western countries, China asserts that it is a natural participant in the fight and that it is not providing lethal support to either side. However, it is a near alliance of Russia.
