Internal State Department records reveal that on February 1, 2023, Biden officials were more anxious about how exposing this breach may influence our “relationship” with China, according to a report from Fox News Digital. Really?  ,
Yes, but then-Secretary of State Antony Blinken and his team were busy playing political footsie with Beijing rather of instantly blaming this obvious threat to national security. Blinken expressed concern that the papers ‘ disclosure would have “profound implications for our connection” with China, according to officials from the Trump administration.
Consider this. The Biden administration was aware of this risk on January 28 but didn’t make it public until February 2. That’s five times of silence as a hostile foreign energy’s surveillance equipment scurried across our nation; this threat, if it hadn’t been for civilians, would have been unknown. The Biden Pentagon just released its speech shortly thereafter. If it had been able to get away with it, it probably wouldn’t have said anything at all.
According to a display of the discussions between Blinken and a senior Chinese diplomat, Blinken stated that if the balloon’s presence was revealed officially, it might have “profound repercussions for our partnership” with China, particularly as efforts to stabilize diplomatic relations with Beijing, two Trump administration officials who are close to the documents told Fox News Digital.
Blinken’s vacation plans to China in earlier February 2023 may have been hampered by the incident, according to the display. In the end, Blinken put the journey on hold until 2023.
A previous Biden administration official claimed that Zhu Haiquan, a senior Chinese diplomat, was being called in by the State Department on February 1, 2023 so that China may request that it reduce the balloon and issue a warning that China could intervene to stop it.

It’s not surprising that original Biden officials are trying to update background on this subject. Blinken’s representative claimed that he was a strong advocate for making the public aware of China’s detective bubble.  ,

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, a former Florida senator, has repeatedly criticized the Biden administration for handling the matter and how long it took the leadership to take the balloon over.  ,
In an interview with Jake Tapper on CNN, Rubio claimed that Biden’s failure to address the circumstance earlier was the “beginning of dereliction of duty.”  ,
Why did the president not appear on television? Rubio addressed Tapper. He “has the ability to organize the country in front of cameras and generally explain what we’re dealing with around.”
Evidently, the Biden administration’s interests were entirely outdated. They claim to be shielding citizens from dirt, but in reality they were shielding China from embarrassment. The balloon was already over our nation when it was suddenly shot along on February 4th, when it was finally completed its mission.

Eventually, the Pentagon attempted to ignore the incident by asserting that the balloon failed to properly transmit data again to China. That is adorable. After spending weeks avoiding us, are we supposed to only take their expression for it?
