Millions of dollars in American tax dollars are given to the largest obstetrician and gynecologist business in the country to support different government-sponsored public health initiatives. However, a recent letter to the Department of Health and Human Services suggests that the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG ) is ineligible for continued federal funding because it has repeatedly used taxpayer money to promote racist guidelines for doctors, abortion until birth, and radical gender ideology.
ACOG has a longer history of hostility toward pro-life doctors and regulations. The firm proudly refers to abortion as “essential health care,” denies that newborn babies are born with the science, and deters its tens of thousands of supporters from using more than a dozen objectively correct terms to describe life in the womb. It also falsely claims that babies in the womb do not experience pain until at least 24 weeks after conception.
Director of Regulatory Practice for Alliance Defending Freedom, Matthew Bowman, requested from Secretary of Health Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and his administration crew on April 10 that HHS stop funding the Obama and Biden services, calling them a “radicalized defender of wellbeing and of your agenda.”
” Previous governments have used HHS for social purposes for far too much.” They advocated racial bias, harmful gender ideology, and mandates that encourage abortion and violate conscience. HHS financing for ACOG has been central to this extreme agenda,” the letter continues.
Bowman even suggested that HHS look into the business over worries that it “improperly used HHS joint partnerships to encourage DEI in violation of applicable law.”
HHS should also think about instituting sanctions against ACOG and the ACOG Foundation and requiring them to expel their money. This would be in line with other studies OCR has just conducted,” he said.
In addition to one taxpayer-funded grant, ACOG received upwards of$ 15 million to help advance the objectives of the Health Resources and Services Administration’s Alliance for Innovation on Maternal and Child Health. ACOG instead used its saferbirth, which was” 100 % funded by HRSA.” To encourage critical race theory, pregnancy, and transsexuals, the site and podcast are hosted.

The email also details how ACOG used millions of taxpayer dollars to “perform the Affordable Care Act’s need for women’s protective services insurance cover,” pushing for no religious or moral exemptions for prevention policy requirements.
The letter continues, noting that” HRS A had essentially used this cooperative agreement to farm out its legal responsibilities to ACOG. In addition, ACOG has radically expanded the mandate beyond HHS’s legal authority, generated unnecessary and harmful lawsuits, and attacked the Trump administration merely for respecting conscience.”
Democrats orchestrated a way to make American citizens “pay ACOG to strike President Trump’s plan at HHS” through these “multiyear money partnerships,” the letter claims.
The letter stated that” Both devices are paying ACOG to use tax dollars in ways that are contrary to this administration’s guidelines on the genetic basis for intercourse, ending racial discrimination and “equity” applications, and preventing taxpayer funding for the development of abortion.
The letter also mentions that “ACOG is immediately attacking Secretary Kennedy’s mission, calling it an “attack on public health,” while continuing to gather millions of dollars from HHS.
When it denounces HHS’s agenda in the most vehement terms, ACOG cannot carry out cooperative agreements, which are supposed to be putting HHS’s agenda into practice. We urge you to end HHS’s funding arrangements with ACOG and its related entities in order to save taxpayers millions of dollars and redirect HHS’s efforts to restore health in America.
