President Donald Trump reportedly stated that the White House would be “gracious” if China came forth to negotiate a trade deal, though that has not yet occurred.

This year saw a tit-for-tat between the United States and China as the trade war grew. China increased tariffs on U.S. imports to 125 %, and the U.S. taxed goods to 145 %, the other way around. Trump has stated that he has a great connection with Chinese President Xi Jinping and that he is ready to strike a deal with him.

XI JINPING HAS SPENT ONE OF HER CAREER TO PREPARATE FOR Price FACEOFF. CERTAINLY IS NOT ENOUGH.

However, neither chief has hung up the phone to start talking about business.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said on Friday,” The leader, as I said from the floor just a few days ago when I was up here, do be polite if China intends to make a deal with the U.S.” It’s not good for China if China continues to fight.

Reporter: President Trump has stated that China wants to make a cope. Why doesn’t he just pick up the phone and start the conversation?

Kind: He would be polite if China intends to reach a deal. It’s bad for China if China keeps retaliating. The United States of America… image twitter.com/wOhF29pqkm

Trump wager that China, which exports five times as much goods as it imports, has more to lose in a trade war and may react first.

Leavitt put that out during the media briefing in the evening.

The United States of America is the world’s strongest and best business, as demonstrated by the more than 75 nations that have called on the management to reduce offers right away, she said. The leader wants to pursue what the American people want. He wants to see fair business practices spread throughout the world, and that is both his purpose and his objective.

When asked whether Xi should take the first step, she directly responded.

Leavitt said,” I’m not going to make comments on connections that are occurring or may not occur.” We’ll leave that to our national security team to start these conversations. We will update you as often in the name of transparency going forward, but the senator has made it very clear that he is willing to work with China.
