Jews will start celebrating Passover, the wonderful biblical feast, now. However, as Hamas killed or held captive their loved ones, there will be to many people with empty seats at the table this season.

In his Easter speech, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reaffirmed his belief that contemporary Israelis may overthrow their murderous jihadi foes, just as God helped the Israelites win over the Egyptian at the first Passover. He defied the Islamic extremists and their followers, who want to oust Israel from the chart, and praised Israelis as the “generation of win.”
” On Seder nights, we gather with our loved ones to share the journey from slavery to freedom,” said Netanyahu. However, many families will see clear chairs this season, including those held captive by Hamas, our fell heroes, and the wounded who are battling to resurrect.

In honor of the roughly 60 victims still held by Hamas, the state of Israel’s X bill is urging Jews all over the world to have an empty seat at their Seder food.

We will leave an empty seat at our Easter Seder table tomorrow to raise awareness of our 59 victims and request their quick release.

Netanyahu praised Israeli “heroes” who perished in the hands of Hamas and quoted fallen Israeli Defense Forces man Elkana Wiesel as saying to his family,” Sing and support one another because we are the creation of forgiveness.” Ours is the creation of atonement, the generation of victory, the “prime minister declared.” We will all be able to take back our captives. We can beat our adversaries collectively.
