According to Peru’s Ministry of Culture, locals in the Puente Piedra area received an alert about some historically significant artifacts in an empty lot in an media release from an April 7 news release. A joint squad of police and scientists conducted the investigation.
According to officials, scientists discovered dozens of pre-Hispanic objects and human bones from the Soon Horizon time, which lasted from 1476 to 1532.
Photos show a few of the colourful textile sacks and old garments that were discovered at the page. Another 500-year-old artifacts included a metal tupus, a pin, weaving equipment like spindles with threads, a barrel, a painted band, and many bags, one of which had cotton inside.
A skull, 25 limbs, and rib bones, as well as a desiccated mind with skin and hair, were found among the ancient human remains, according to archaeologists.
According to authorities, the 500-year-old discoveries were taken for research and protection.
