A jury found guilty on Monday by an illegal immigrant of raping and murdering Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old lady and mother of five kids, in August of 2023.
A Maryland judge found innocent of first-degree murder, first-degree death, third-degree physical act, and abduction on Monday in the case of Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador, according to Fox 5.
Martinez-Hernandez was reportedly the one who killed Morin while she was jogging on the Ma &, Pa Trail in Bel-Air, Maryland, according to Fox News. According to the store, Morin was ambushed, strangled, and beat to death by the 23-year-old improper immigrant, according to the official. Law enforcement officials, who confirmed that Martinez-Hernandez entered the United States without authorization in February of 2023, were cited by Fox News.
According to the Harford County biopsy results, Morin died from blunt-force injury and suffocation after receiving between 15 and 20 punches to her head.

Moreover, according to Homeland Security Special Agent in Charge Mike McCarthy, Martinez-Hernandez’s reputation as an illegal immigrant “raises questions that deserve to be taken severely about how we protect our suburbs, about how we enforce our laws, and how we prevent such horror in the future.”
Following the conviction on Monday, President Donald Trump said in a statement that” the Illegal Criminal, who was allowed into our Country by Crooked Joe Biden, was found guilty of the terrible crime of Rachel Morin.” Rachel, a stunning mother of five from Maryland, was taken by a dragon that had never intended to have taken her life.
