Major Jewish leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, have frequently cited military force as the only way to get the last 58 hostages held in Gaza released.
According to the medical aid organization Doctors Without Borders ( MSF), Israeli military operations and the humanitarian blockade had made Gaza a haven for Palestinians and those who assist them.
According to MSF representative Amande Bazerolle,” Gaza has been turned into a large tomb of Palestinians and those seeking their help.”
The charitable response is” severally struggling” under the mass of uncertainty and important supply shortages, leaving people with few, if any, options for accessing care, she said.” With somewhere safe for Palestinians or those trying to help them.

It requests that the Judge define what Israel is required to do in order to “ensure and help the unrestricted provision of urgently needed supplies essential to the survival of the Palestinian civil people.”
