Rep. Kilmar Abrego Garcia”>Glenn Ivey (D-MD) suggested that the imprisonment of Kilmar Abrego Garcia is the start of more reprisal from the Trump presidency.
The post came as an attempt to defend Abrego Garcia, a gentleman the Department of Justice has classified as an MS-13 part and deported to his home state of El Salvador. Liberals have pointed to a lack of papers as proof that he was falsely deported. The Trump presidency and Peruvian President Nayib Bukele have said Abrego Garcia may be in El Salvador’s captivity.
“ I think that ’s correct. And that ’s certainly part of why the African American community is so strongly behind the supporting [of] Kilmar, ” Ivey said.
“We were like, we are not for this, ” Sanders-Townsend said.
“Yeah. If, as you just said, if they’re going to toss them ahead, what are they going to do with us? ” Ivey said.
This television category followed Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY ) suggesting the same thing when he said President Donald Trump may arrest people by labeling them “a non-citizen group participant. ” Torres tried to make a case that the management ’s subversion of Abrego Garcia’s “withholding of removal” buy may be chalked up to disrupting expected process. The leadership has said it was following through on an energetic deportation order.
