Tom Homan, the frontier king for President Donald Trump, said he will work with Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to detain an illegal immigrant who is scheduled to be released by the California Department of Corrections six times before his sentencing word expires.
Oscar Eduardo Ortega-Anguiano, an immigrant, was found guilty of killing two American youth in a drunken driving accident.
” I may work with Homeland Security Secretary Noem on this situation, and I can assure you that ICE providers will be working with them outside that ability to take him into custody and arrest him,” Homan told Fox News.
Anya Varfolomeev and Nicholay Osokin, 19, were killed when Ortega-Anguiano crashed into another car at a higher rate in 2021 when he was crazy driving at a higher rate. Despite being found guilty of two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated and serving a 10-year prison sentence in 2022, California authorities decided Ortega-Anguiano may be released.
Ortega-Anguiano was immediately charged by the Trump presidency with making those remarks.
” This defendant is facing a misdemeanor immigration demand from my business.” If found guilty of 8 USC 1326, he could spend up to 20 years in federal prison. The DOJ will act if the State of California does not seek complete justice for this personal,” according to Bill Essayli, the United States Attorney for the Central District of California, in a post on X.
Attorney General Pam Bondi pleaded for righteousness for the youth killed in an X-post article.
” This is utterly outrageous. How about these teenagers receiving righteousness? What about their kids ‘ right? Bondi stated that the DOJ and ICE may work together to ensure that this illegal alien is given full justice for his acts.
Ortega-Anguiano is a murderer who has experienced multiple deportations, according to Homan.
Everyone asks “why I get so emotional on community TV, and why I get emotional when I testify,” Homan said. I’ve met plenty of angels mothers and fathers, and I’ve heard every tale. None of those tales will ever be forgotten. It’s really a drama.
Both the youth ‘ individuals informed Fox News that they want Ortega-Anguiano to remain in jail.
” It’s repulsive. You have two promising, unrealistic, successful American citizens who were killed for nothing, and an illegal immigrant who has already been deported half will be released once more. For what? Anya’s parents, Anatoly Varfolomeev, told Fox News in an interview that if he is deported, he did return.  ,

Ortega-Anguiano is finally “kicked out” of the U.S., according to Nicholay Osokin’s father, who added that he hopes Ortega-Anguiano is “old in jail” and is “old in incarceration.”
