We were assured in fact that the Office of Refugee Resettlement ( ORR ) of the Department of Health and Human Services connected every child brought over by Biden Administration cartel traffickers to “family members.”

However, the indictment says that” Juan Tiul Xi, 26… fraudulently entered the United States in 2023.” Then, like the exploitative POS he’s alleged to remain, he “encouraged and induced a 14-year-old Guatemalan woman to illegally enter the United States and use the personality of Tiul Xi’s girl as her alias.”

And this is the most disappointing part for anyone who doubted that the Biden administration actually made the most of screening traffickers and sufferers. &nbsp,

The Guatemalan girl was taken care of by ORR [Office of Refugee Resettlement ] as a UAC. According to allegations, Tiul Xi then falsely claimed that her real name was Tiul Xi and that he was the UAC’s brother when he applied to sponsor and get custody of the woman. When, on or about Sept. 5, 2023, ORR released the UAC to Tiul Xi’s care, ORR relyed on Tiul Xi’s reported false claims.

The ORR is now under new leadership.

The Cleveland Guy is also facing charges. He has been accused of “initiating or inducing unlawful entry for economic gain,” “making a false, fictitious, or dishonest statement,” and “aggravated identity theft,” according to the charges he has filed.

The Cleveland Man faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison for the false assertion count, as well as a necessary subsequent sentence of two years in prison for the aggravated identification fraud matter.
