If Trump’s Transportation Department ( DOT ) chief follows through on his most recent threat to blue states, it would be beautiful and significant savings for American taxpayers.

On April 23, Secretary Sean Duffy sent a notice to all consumers of DOT grants, which Breitbart obtained. Duffy’s company told Breitbart that if Democrat states continue to criticize the president and refuse to comply with constitutional orders, that” could lead to enforcement actions being taken by DOT.” We may only expect Duffy will carry out that risk.  ,
According to Duffy ‘s office, recipients who have policies that actively violate Americans ‘ right to free speech, use discriminatory DEI policies, and disrupt federal agencies ( like ICE ) as they work to enforce federal immigration laws may face legal action as a result.
However, the Trump administration needs to start fighting head-on with dissident governors, judges, and politicians. Democrats ‘ failure to uphold lawful regulations will result in total chaos and a lack of national power at the federal level, which is already happening on the judicial level. We may compare Democrat politicians ‘ disobedience to our nation’s social Trojan Horse as we approach now, the celebration of the Greeks ‘ infamous Trojan Horse’s treacherous use of its power to defeat Troy over 3, 000 years ago. Democrats are vying to dismiss several professional requests, including Trump’s ones that address preserving free conversation, ending DEI ( diversity, equity, and inclusion ), and enforcing immigration laws in particular.

Duffy remarked that “your legal obligations generally require cooperation with Federal authorities in the enforcement of Federal law, including cooperating with and not preventing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ( ICE ) and other Federal offices and components of the Department of Homeland Security from enforcing Federal immigration law.”
Officials are among the steps being taken to thwart ICE arrests by issuing “driver’s licenses to people present in the United States in contravention of Federal immigration law.”
Duffy even wrote:
Any scheme, program, or exercise that is premised on a prohibited categorization, including biased policies or procedures intended to achieve so-called “diversity, capital, and inclusion,” or” DEI,” targets, presumptively violates Federal law. Beneficiaries of DOT funding must make sure that the staff methods in their organizations, including hiring, campaigns, and pregnancies, are merit-based and do not discriminate based on prohibited groups. Additionally, recipients are prohibited from using criminal groupings to allocate funds received under DOT honours, such as through contracts or the provision of other benefits.
Duffy argued that terminating La violates national law and government grant contracts.

Duffy even explained the letter’s purpose:
You have entered into legally binding contracts with the United States Government as recipients of these Mark funds and are required to abide by all relevant Federal laws and regulations. These laws and regulations include the United States Constitution, Federal rules, relevant laws, open plan needs, among others, those governing the protection of free speech and religious rights, as well as those imposing restrictions on bias and imposing controls on illegal immigration. I have the responsibility of making sure DOT recipients are aware of and follow all applicable legal requirements as director of vehicles.
