
A judge appointed by President Donald Trump has ordered the Trump administration to gain a Cuban man who was denied hospital under a prior court agreement.
The administration has been given the order to return a jailed person to the Central American nation for the next day in the last quarter.

In her mind, Gallagher made reference to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged MS-13 part who was also deported to El Salvador in violation of a court order.
In the Abrego Garcia case, this court does order the plaintiffs to assist Cristian in getting the process he was entitled to under the parties ‘ legally binding arrangement agreement, according to Gallagher.
