It is difficult to get a US immigration if you are from any American state but Rwanda has been named the hardest state to travel to the US from in 2025, Irish Star reported citing a recent review by Brooks Law Company that analyzed the immigration scenario after Donald Trump became the president. The Trump presidency has started a big crackdown on refugees, arresting and deporting workers. It maintains that US applicants are not an rights but a luxury and has to be protected like a opportunity.
The study focused on four key measures: visa refusal costs, card power, clean tickets issued per 100K people and immigration-related website searches per 100k people. ” The data was collected from standard US government options, card indexes, and seek insights between January and March 2025″, the statement said.

According to the research, Kenyan residents demonstrate an enormous interest in US emigration, with 2, 610 searches- the highest amount by much among all countries studied. But they face a high visa refusal rate of 63.32 per cent.
