There is a bit of gloom and doom about traveling and summer holiday if you pay any attention to the conventional media stories, but if you look past the stories and look a little deeper, you’ll find that not much has changed since last summer. Well, other than who is in the White House, the MSM may consider any subject and make it sound unfavorable. It’s like a 20-year-old mild change was flipped. But I’ll leave it there.  ,

Physically, I’m sick of everything being thus negative all the time. While doing that, I came across Trip.com’s 2025 International 100, which I really wanted to write about. What people’s vacation plans are for this summer and the rest of 2025. In essence, according to information that includes “verified customer ratings, reviews, and booking statistics, as well as factors like reputation, a destination’s standing, and quality of service,” they compile a list of the top destinations people intend to visit in the following month.  ,
What kinds of places are tourists choosing for their 2025 getaways, then? The majority of people appear to be planning a trip to a theme park. In fact, there are several other theme parks farther down the list, and six of the top ten sites are topic parks from around the world. Top 10 historical spots include the Vatican Museums and the Louvre Museum. Â ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
1. Louvre Museum
2. Walt Disney World Resort
3. The Palace Museum
4. California’s Disneyland Park
5. La Familia de la Sagrada Familia
6. Shanghai Disney Resort
7. Location at Universal Orlando
8. The Vasian Museums
9. Universal Studios Japan
10. The Beijing Resort at Universal
I don’t really enjoy going to theme parks, and I was going to claim that because I don’t have kids. However, the more I considered my circle of friends, the more I came to terms with the fact that I have more mature friends who either don’t have kids or who regularly travel to design gardens on their own in the United States.  ,

One of those people is Chris Queen, a self-described “amateur Disney writer,” who has spent a lot of time at Walt Disney World. I questioned him about why he believes the reputation of theme parks is rising, and why he thought the pleasure factor might be a factor.  ,
Because so many of them have their own hotels and resorts, theme parks can be a great all-in-one place, he said, adding that visitors can unwind in between area days and relax at the lake and other services.
That makes feeling. While theme parks like Disney World aren’t necessarily all-inclusive, all-inclusive villas are certainly on the rise, and they’re especially well-liked by younger people. According to Travel Pulse,” Data from Wyndham Hotels &, Resorts shows that 75 % of travelers believe booking an all-inclusive trip is the least stressful option for travel,” and 77 % believe an all-inclusive vacation is the least stressful option. That was 2022, and it seems like little has changed recently.  ,
In an article titled” Gen Z is Ushering In the All-Inclusive Era,” Business Insider reported in November last year that” Fora, a travel agency, said it’s seen a 324 % increase year over year in bookings across top-booked all-inclusive brands in 2024.” Searches on Hotels.com that use the “all-inclusive” filter increased by 60 % from the previous year, according to a recent report from the Expedia Group. According to a survey that was included in the report, 42 % of Gen Z respondents said they preferred an all-inclusive hotel form more than any other generation.  ,

I see it there as well as in several other go groups that I belong to. People want the convenience of the deal package, and theme parks frequently offer that, whether you’re a family of four, a group of friends over 20 years old, or a middle-aged pair traveling alone.  ,
Physically, I believe there is a time and place for that. A beach or an all-inclusive vacation is great if all I want to do is enjoy the sun and relax. However, when I travel to a new place, I like to venture outside and take in the society and see what the village, area, or country has to offer. Additionally, having so many people around me 24/7 is certainly my cup of tea if I’m going to be it a while.  ,
What are you doing? Would you intend to go during the summer or the rest of 2025? What direction are you taking? In the opinions, let me know.  ,
