Around 200 000 mourners gathered in St. Peter’s Square to give their final homage to Pope Francis, including Donald Trump, Emmanuel Macron, and EU officers. Pope Francis, 88, passed away on April 21 from a strokes at the age of 88, suffering from heart failure.
Before being buried at the Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome, his funeral service will take place at 10 am CET ( 1:30 pm IST ) at St Peter’s Square in the Vatican.

His tomb will go on the altered vehicle used by the Pope during his 2015 attend to the Philippines, allowing mourning to see it along the 4-kilometer way from St. Peter’s Basilica to his interment site.
