More demonstrations are planned for Saturday afternoon at the FBI building in Milwaukee in support of a Wisconsin prosecutor who was detained on Friday and accused of assisting an illegal immigrant in evading government.  ,
After learning that immigration authorities were awaiting his arrest outside her court next month, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan is accused of escorting the gentleman and his attorney out of her court through a judge door that was made impenetrable to the consumer.
The Trump administration’s executive director, Voces De La Frontera, Christine Neumann Ortiz, told the Wisconsin Examiner that the organization was attempting to thwart attempts to resist its immigration policies at the march.
They “essentially want to be unleashed to carry out these attacks in courts across the country,” she said. They oppose any opposition from courts or the general public in limiting their plans of mass deportation and racism.

Federal agents immediately arrested illegal immigrant Eduardo Flores-Ruiz outside the courtroom after leading him out of the building.
Therefore, according to FBI agents, Dugan, 65, was detained on suspicion that she “intentionally misdirected federal , officials away from” an illegitimate refugee being pursued by the government. She was accused of two crimes.
The prosecutor is accused of obstructing a U.S. firm and hiding a person to fend off an arrest. Although the sentence is usually slashed when it involves a violent act, the claims carry a maximum sentence of six years in prison and a big fine of$ 350, 000.  ,  ,
Seven Milwaukee congressional representatives stated in a joint statement that Dugan’s imprisonment and ICE operating inside the court does “lead to a malfunction of legal community.” Sens. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Mark Pocan (D-WI), and Greg Landsman (D-OH) are among the prominent federal Democrat officials. The move was also condemned by Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) and Dick Durbin (D-IL ).
Durbin questioned how Dugan’s imprisonment made the nation safer.  ,
According to Durbin,” The Trump Administration continues to test the limits of our Constitution, this moment by arresting a sitting judge for allegedly obstructing an emigration activity at the courthouse.” When emigration enforcement representatives interfere with our criminal justice system, it compromises public health, deters victims and witnesses from speaking up, and frequently deters those who committed atrocities from going to court in the United States.
How does this improve the safety of America? How does detaining a prosecutor make America any safer? According to him, it is crucial that Judge Dugan receives fair trial and the presumption of innocence, as required by our Constitution and her basic right as an American.
The Department of Homeland Security released a press release outlining the immigrant Dugan reportedly protected’s “laundry list” of violent costs, including battery, domestic abuse, and strangling and suffocation, after receiving outcry from the public about the imprisonment.
People of Voces de la Frontera, Milwaukee Alliance against Racist and Political Repression, and MKE Turners at Turner Hall were all present at Friday’s function. Voces de la Frontera is expected to lead the 4-p.m. rally on Saturday, which is a part of the Fair Immigration Reform Movement, which has 38 members spread across 32 says.  ,
Voces de la Frontera  did not respond to several comments made by the Washington Examiner on Saturday morning.
