As President Donald Trump prepares to reach the 100-day level of his second term, he is pushing back against fresh elections from left-leaning advertising sources focusing on his approval rating.

Research from the Washington Post, CNN, and the New York Times showed that Trump’s acceptance score was below 40 %. This is the lowest for any leader at the 100-day level of their first or next terms in office in approximately 80 years.

Trump cited who he called the “Great Pollster John McLaughlin” in a Truth Social article Monday, calling all the assessments “FAKE Surveys FROM FAKE NEWS ORGANIZATIONS. ”

“The New York Times has only 37 % Trump 2024 voters, and the ABC/Washington Post Poll has only 34 % Trump Voters, unheard of numbers unless looking for a negative result, which they are. These people may be investigated for ELECTION FRAUD, and put in the FoxNews Pollster while you’re at it, ” Trump wrote. “They suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, and there is nothing that everyone, or anyone, can do about it. THEY ARE SICK, about just write bad stories about me no matter how nicely I am doing (99. 9 % at the Border, BEST NUMBER EVER! ), AND ARE Clearly THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE! I wish them also, but will continue to fight to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! ”

The numbers have even split the party about the task Trump is doing. Among them was previous George W. Bush adviser Karl Rove.

“ He gets reasonably good marks on immigration and handling of deportations, but even those he’s upside down on, ” Rove said of the polling. “ When it gets to the business, he is in very poor condition. And it ’s not only that he’s in the short term in poor condition, there’s also proof in the surveys that no matter — even if he gets his way on certain things like taxes, that he’s no good in the long run, ” Rove said on Fox News’s the Journal Editorial Report over the weekend.

Rep. Ryan Zinke (R-MT ) did n’t go as far as to disprove the polls but pointed out where Trump’s approval rating is strongest.

“ Well, the leader is doing exactly what he said he would do. And I think it ‘s combined. I think where he‘s done exceptional is on immigration, ” Zinke said on CNN News’s The Situation Room Monday.

TRUMP PREPARES FOR US 250TH BIRTHDAY WITH NEW PROJECT TO HONOR HEROES

Back of Trump’s vote, the border was constantly among the top five issues among citizens. Former Vice President Kamala Harris, the “border czar ” under then-President Joe Biden, largely lost voters on this issue and avoided it during her campaign.

April 29 will be the 100th day of Trump’s next term.
