Kai-Ji Adam Lo, the 30-year-old disturbed gentleman, who mowed over 11 people and injured several others at the Lapu Lapu Day celebration, lives in a home that was just visited by officers, information claimed. Earlier, authorities said he was known to officers and he had an extensive history of mental illness while the cause behind his attack nevertheless remains shrouded in mystery.
Neighbors told American media that authorities were often seen at the home and the last visit was as new as earlier this month. Online articles made for website fundraising work claimed Lo lives in an atmosphere beset by drama.
The property is in Vancouver’s Victoria-Fraserview area populated by immigrants from China and the Philippines. It is a severe-minute pull from where the incident took place.

Globe and Mail reported that the family consists of Lo and his family. They moved in more than a decade back and their dad died not long after they arrived in this region. Lo’s nephew Alexander died last time.

No one knows why the policeman used to explore their home but it could be in connection with his friend’s strange death. His nephew Alexander was found deceased on January 28, 2024 in a home two miles from where the family life. One man was arrested and charged with second-degree crime in connection with his son’s death.
One roommate told the store that policeman asked for security camera footage. The tone of yelling also used to travel from their home. Lo used to cry at his mother; he was perhaps no violent but he exhibited signs of anxiety, the statement said citing companions.
One roommate said Lo remains uncomfortable and anxious, scared that something might harm him. After his son’s death, his family attempted murder and was taken into intensive care.
