Protesters will demonstrate in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, and Washington to demand that outlawed immigrant workers be deported, that import tariffs be lifted, coalition right, and other issues. Additionally, there will be rallies and rallies at events.
In a blog, the Washington function in Franklin Park stated that “on International Workers Day, dozens of immigrant essential workers, union individuals, families, and advocates will march in the country’s capital to need legal protections, legal protections, and an end to unfair deportations.” The destructive effects of immigration enforcement that tear families aside are highlighted by this month’s May Day action.

May Day’s roots date back to 1886, when the American Federation of Labor organized a hit to demand an 8-hour week. Since then, it has only ever been on May 1st, every time.
