A new sound from Maryland’s Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s continued trip to El Salvador has revealed that his wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, who is pictured defending her husband’s innocence, had earlier sought protection from him in the wake of numerous domestic violence allegations before a Maryland judge.
According to the 2020 music, Vasquez Sura described many instances of Abrego Garcia beating people, leading to numerous police reports and revealing scars. She mentioned that his home had previously persuaded her to get a protective order after thwarting it because of his father’s illness.
Vasquez Sura described an event in which Abrego Garcia shoved her close to their room, prompting her to dial 911 and turn to a neighbor for assistance. She described how the officers arrived “20, 30 hours,” and Abrego Garcia allegedly assaulted her in front of the neighbor.
She spoke about further instances of violence, including being targeted at their mother’s birthday celebration and early morning assaults. She also mentioned that her girl had witnessed an abuse and that she had been a witness.
Vasquez Sura stated in an interview that both factions were struggling at the time, citing COVID-19 forces and Abrego Garcia’s pain from ICE detention.
According to court records, Vasquez Sura requested safe orders in 2020 and 2021 under the influence of claims that included physical abuse that caused injury and hazards to her existence.
Abrego Garcia and 260 another suspected gang members were deported to El Salvador despite receiving immigration judge’s deportation protection. His legal team maintains his ignorance in relation to group activities.
Abrego Garcia was first imprisoned in the CECOT prison, but he was eventually transferred to a lower-security service. Although the Trump administration claims he had no lawful right to remain in the US, the justice department acknowledged that his imprisonment was the result of an “administrative mistake.”
Both Supreme Court and Supreme Court decisions supported efforts to promote Abrego Garcia’s return, which was ordered by a federal judge in Maryland. The administration claims it is unable to ensure that his discharge from international custody will be successful.
