With one side having all the brains and the law on his side, Tom Homan and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Psych Ward ) are tussling over immigration enforcement, I believe we can say Alexandria the Airhead doesn’t have the odds on her side.

We all know they have constitutional rights.

Legal aliens, by contrast, do not have any constitutional rights, so AOC is lying to them even though she is probably too ignorant to realize the difference. Immigration authorities are also permitted by law to conduct warrantless arrests, so when AOC is urging migrants to demand that they see warrants, she is deceived about the authority of ICE and Border Patrol. Not that her opinions are ever supported by fact or research.
Homan reaffirmed that ICE raids are currently focusing on threats to national security and public safety by focusing on illegal immigrants with” significant criminal convictions.” He suggested that she might be sown the seeds of yet another heinous crime by “educating” those who live in the country illegally on how to evade law enforcement.

Homan emphasized the gravity of AOC’s outrageous behavior by referring to the tragic death of Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal alien who flew to Georgia.” Let’s hope the congresswoman is ]educating the next person who gets out and murders a young college student in Georgia,” she said. However, we all know that it involves avoiding law enforcement.
