    Radio host Matt Pinfield aims to return to airwaves ‘very soon,’ months after stroke

    Matthew Pinfield&nbsp is “fighting my manner up” as he recovers from a injury that left him in a stupor earlier this year.

    The former MTV host-turned-radio DJ told viewers on Sunday that he is” slowly but surely recovering” through physical therapy and that he is taking issues “one day at a time,” and he tweeted andnbsp. Pinfield, 63, was taken into the hospital in January after a “massive” strokes.

    In light of the health concern, Pinfield was given a momentary custody. His daughter, Jessica Pinfield, claimed in constitutional documents filed in January that her father had a stroke that made him “incompetent” to make decisions about his finances and wellbeing. The original music executive claimed that his child was” the one who saved my life” and that he had been indifferent for two weeks in the Hollywood Reporter&nbsp, in&nbsp, March&nbsp.

    In a longer message on Monday, Pinfield went further into detail and thanked his followers. He shared a picture of himself standing on a beach and apologizing to his fans, saying that their help “made all the difference in my recuperation.”

    Even after a stupor, he wrote,” My stance remained the same as always.” I’m glad for the gift of life and the opportunity to enjoy all the musical talent and people I admire.

    He continued,” It is not lost on me how near I was to death,” adding that information from his meeting with THR, including the fact that doctors were unsure whether he would walk or speak again. The radio personality, who hosts programs on stations KCSN-FM  ( 85. 5 ) ; KLOS-FM  ( 95. 5 ); said he is” continuing to improve” despite knowing there is” a lot of work to do” in his recovery. Additionally, he made fun of the possibility of a television revival.

    ” It makes me smile knowing that I’ll be up on the radio with you very soon,” he said. ” Thank you all so much for your love and kindness! Without you, I wouldn’t be here.

    Pinfield shared the same picture and information of gratitude to his Instagram account, where he received adore from among different supporters from Preferred frontman, Chris Daughtry, comedian, Margaret Cho, and&nbsp, Carson Daly, among others.

    My MTV beach home companion from the ancient coast of the mountains needs to be healthy! “!, Daly&nbsp, commented. Miss you nephew, you really frightened the heck out of us!
