Author’s word: This is an upgrade of everything I wrote about 11 years ago for a Bible study site at church.
Have you ever had a dream about what the ideal world would look like? In a great world, such-and-such may happen, have all of us said it at some point or another. Perhaps you wished your manager had given you a boost. You might want your home had been more lenient. Or perhaps you’d like to retract everything you’ve said or done.

Dreamers and scientists have been developing thoughts for a great world for ages. Utopian is a term for it. In essence, the Greek word ideal means” no position.” This concept applies because these principles either failed on their own or not made it past the finish line, like Walt Disney’s ultra-cool Progress City, where occupants would always have access to the most recent technology when trying, like the collectivist experiments of the mid-19th era.
Nothing but sin and enemies may stand in between God’s people and His cherished, as we see at the end of Zephaniah, which is the only truly perfect world where God’s people will coexist with Him always.
The Lord commands,” Peek for me for the day when I rise up to capture the predators,” so says the Lord. For my intention is to collect nations, to put together kingdoms, to pour out all of my burning indignation on them, because my resentment will burn the entire planet to pieces.
Zephaniah 3: 8 ( ESV )

God has a promise to unite all of His persons:
” For at that time, I will change the peoples ‘ speeches to pure speech so that everyone can invoke the Lord’s name and submit to his service.” The child of my scattered people will take my delivering from beyond the rivers of Cush. When will I eliminate from your presence your happily joyous people and you will no longer be arrogant in my sacred pile, so that you will not be put to shame for the activities by which you have rebelled against me. But I’ll keep a people who is poor and sincere in your midst. They will seek shelter in the name of the Lord, those who have been abandoned in Israel, and they will not knowingly practice injustice or lie, nor will their tongue been found to be deceptive. They may eat and rest down, and none may frighten them,” [says the Lord].
Zephaniah 3: 9-13 ( ESV )

And in that brand-new sky and brand-new earth, God may purify His people, keeping them with Him always.
Sing loud, O daughter of Zion, and yell, O Israel! O child of Jerusalem, revel and rejoice with all your soul! Your opponents have been spared, and the Lord has thrown the punishment upon you. You will never again be afraid of bad because the Lord, the King of Israel, is present. Jerusalem will be told on that day,” Fear not, O Zion, let not your palms grow weak. The Lord your God is present in your presence, a powerful being who will keep you, who will sing praises over you with joy, who will calm you with his love, and who will sing loudly over you. I’ll assemble those of you who are in mourning for the event so you won’t have to endure reproach. I may deal with all of your rulers at that time, oh. And I will collect the outsider and save the weak, and I will transform their disgrace into reward and renown on the planet. When I regain your riches before your eyes, the Lord says,” At that time I may take you in, at the time when I gather you up, for I may render you renowned and praised among all the individuals of the world.”
Zephaniah 3: 14-20 ( ESV )
How inspiring is that? There will come a time when God’s individuals will remain unchangeable with Him long! A day when He will be so happy for us! A time when he will sing praises to us! ( Think about the idea of God singing directly to you. ) He must have a better speech than Al Green, Chris Robinson, or Johnny Cash, I bet.
