A” Brazilian fugitive” who had been convicted of child rape was found dwelling at the daycare’s Barnstable, Massachusetts, home.
Andrew Tiago Lucas, a” Portuguese fugitive,” was reportedly living at Franciele Nunes Home Daycare, a registered home nursery run by Franciele Nunes. The outlet noted that Lucas is also the mother of Nunes ‘ two children.
According to an online information of the home daycare company,” Franciele Nunes is a registered child care house offering nursery applications located in Hyannis in Barnstable, MA.”
According to Boston 25, Nunes ‘ nursery had been operating for three years prior to her March expiration. The outlet reported that Lucas ‘ house nursery was shut down after he was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in October.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement announced in a press release from November that a Portuguese fugitive had been detained in his native country for murder of a 13-year-old kid.

The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care visited the home’s childcare facility five days, but the company was unable to locate the 36-year-old” Portuguese criminal” living there.
