Democrats in Georgia only want to see the LIFE Act repealed, which forbids abortions after doctors can identify a baby’s beat. Some Democrats declared at the start of the legislative session this year that they may create a bill to remove the act after they tried with court challenges.

National left-wing press yet fabricated the claim that the LIFE Act made unlawful treatment for ectopic pregnancy and miscarriage. The left attempts to squeeze another tale down our necks by claiming that the legislation is so badly written or complicated that doctors are unable to understand how to manage it.
Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA ) recently conducted a survey of OB-GYNs in the Peach State to try to promote that second narrative. Ossoff’s study was pumped up by Sunday’s edition of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The website’s featured image is a jewel that shows some people protesting in favor of baby-killing in 2023. Some of the people are wearing faces, one of whom has the customary left-wing person buzzcut, and others are wearing t-shirts with the words” Regulate Guns NOT Women” on them. Someone might have asked AI to create a picture of enraged left-wing girls.
Maya T. Prabhu remarks
Almost half of the doctors responding to a survey of Georgia’s OB-GYNs said they had personally encountered cases where the mother’s health complications or care had to be delayed due to confusion in the country’s abortion law.
The study, conducted by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in collaboration with Democratic  , U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff, sought to gather a collection of stories about the effects of Georgia’s abortion laws. Ossoff, whose [sic ] wife is an OB-GYN, has demanded that Georgia’s law be repealed, claiming that it” strips women of autonomy in the most personal health decisions.”

30 of the 38 people who responded to the study said the law was harmful to women’s wellness, while 18 said they had “personally experienced instances where delays caused damage to female women.” Despite receiving precise instructions from the state’s Department of Public Health ( DPH) regarding the law and its implications, this is how they responded.
Prabhu quotes Georgia Life Alliance executive producer Claire Bartlett about the DPH’s rules.
She said,” The medical society should be very well-informed at this time.” If our medical professionals are not informed by then, it comes across as social or willful, with all due regard and admiration.

The AJC doesn’t disclose the number of doctors to whom Ossoff and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG ) sent the survey. When you consider how many doctors and gynecologists the Peach State has, 38 actions seem low and the number of replies is just a fraction of what it actually counts.
In May 2023, Georgia had 980 doctors and professionals, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Georgia now has the fourth-highest employment rate for OB-GYNs in the country, according to the statistics. However, 800 of those are in Atlanta, making other areas of the state vulnerable to significant pregnancy care spaces.

What are the odds that Ossoff and ACOG polled all 980 of these physicians? Or did they also reach out to all the metro Atlanta OB-GYNs? We can’t say for sure, of course, but just 38 replies from pools that huge make no sense.
It’s difficult to say with certainty whether Ossoff and ACOG cherry-picked the physicians for this study because practically half of the respondents have encountered the issues the left has long claimed will arise as a result of the law’s passage.
It’s not out of the blue that the Ossoff camp cheated on this study to say what they wanted, especially since the AJC claimed the senator wanted a” set of narratives.” We didn’t vote this man out of office fast enough.
