After decades of legal battles with Big Pharma, founder of San Rocco Therapeutics ( SRT ) met with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and FDA officials last month to discuss an affordable, cutting-edge gene therapy treatment for sickle cell disease (SCD ) and thalassemia.

Girondi has contacted Sec. Investigating a plot by some of the most well-known names in the medical sector, which continue to thwart his economical gene therapy treatments, Kennedy and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi. He claimed that the lag in finding a cheap and effective treatment for SCD has cost money and lost countless lives.

SRT constitutional lawyers had previously met with the New York attorney general’s office, but Letitia James rather concentrated the resources of her business on prosecuting then-President Donald Trump.

Girondi, a former financial trader and musician from Chicago’s South Side, is the author of” Flight of the Rondone: High School Dropout VS Big Pharma—The Fight to Save My Son’s Life,” which was published in the 2022 Wall Street Journal.

His 32-year-old child, Rocco, 34, was the subject of his body disorder’s discovery that there was a cure for anemia and SCD. In response, Girondi searched for a solution to keep his son’s career.

He relocated to Italy after the issue to form Errant Gene Therapeutics, which was afterward known as San Rocco Therapeutics.

But, Girondi claimed that strong industry figures saw his inventions as a possible danger and undercut his efforts to promote their rewarding investments in SCD-related gene therapy remedies.

Girondi thinks that making money was much more important to them than providing economical care to the millions of SCD people all over the world. &nbsp,

Nick Leschly is Girondi’s claim that” a crucial person” is him. Nick managed to reverse protein treatment by a generation, end all hope for people, destroy Bluebird Bio and its phony spin-off 2Seventy Bio, destroy$ 4 billion in investment funds, and recover over$ 130 million, primarily through inside trading. &nbsp,

One of the highest-paid medical directors in the world is Jan Leschly, the son of the former CEO of SmithKline Beecham ( later GSK).

Nick made$ 24 million in 2018, primarily through the sale of Bluebird stock.

In court files, Girondi claimed that his rivals had helped some of his former associates, including a prestigious New York-based clinical research center, by carrying out numerous acts of sabotage, scams, and intellectual property theft of his company’s medicines and inventions over the years.

Big Pharma and the mob “engage in violent offense for income, relying on a tight, legal structure to protect the bosses from punishment,” the statement reads. In order to protect their racket, the pharmaceutical industry allegedly paid our government officials over$ 4 billion in bribes in 20 years, according toGirondi. &nbsp,

According to the FBI, John Gotti made up to$ 10 million annually and that the mafia was to blame for 200 deaths annually. The drug bosses ‘ combined incomes total over$ 1 billion annually, he continued, and over 100, 000 Americans are killed by the industry, he continued.

According to court documents, one of SRT’s initial partners, New York’s Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, was discovered breaking up with Bluebird Bio, one of Girondi’s rivals, in secret.

Leschly and Craig B. Thompson, the medical center’s CEO at the time, were charged by Girondi with illegally selling one of his gene therapy patents to Bluebird Bio in exchange for Agios Pharma receiving funding from Third Rock Ventures ( TRV ).

Thompson, who worked for 11 times as the leader of Agios Pharma, was sued by the University of Pennsylvania for Internet theft. Third Rock Ventures was a significant shareholder in both Bluebird Bio and Agios when it was founded.

The supposedly clandestine Bluebird/MSK agreement essentially rigged the marketplace to Bluebird’s advantage at the expense of SRT and hurt Bluebird’s chances of competing with Lyfgenia, a possibly riskier product, in the market.

Lyfgenia was approved for$ 3,100,000 per person, which is significantly higher than Bluebird’s original$ specific and well above SRT’s$ 800,000 remedy.

Girondi claimed that Bluebird stole his company’s first-generation solution, which he said is a poor imitation of. According to Girondi, SRT’s most recently patented product, Minirolu, is 30 % more effective than Lyfgenia. &nbsp,

Before Bluebird, we were individuals. Leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome have been reported in Bluebird-treated clients. We have treated patients who have not experienced negative side effects,” Girondi said.

Third Rock Ventures and Bluebird Bio were accused of conspiring to steal intellectual home in a legal RICO lawsuit brought by Girondi in April 2023. &nbsp,

According to Girondi, who stated on” Soft White Underbelly” last week that he plans to refile the RICO costs, the case was dismissed on a technicality.

Less than a week after the taped” Soft White Underbelly,” the hour-and-forty-minute program had more than 60, 000 views, hundreds of thumbs-ups, and over 400 feedback.

Since the SRT’s lawsuit was filed in 2017, Bluebird has decreased from a price of$ 11.8 billion to$ 30 million, and it is apparently looking for a consumer to keep it from going bankrupt.

A Feb. 21 charge by Carlyle and Stat Capital Partners to obtain Bluebird for$ 29 million, including the notion of roughly$ 450 million in debt, was submitted to the Kennedy Beacon.

Another piece of the puzzle, “according to Girondi,” was traded at$ 40 in 2021 and was recently purchased by BMS [Bristol Myer Squibb ] for$ 5 per share. ” &nbsp,

The Leschly party has committed billions in inside trading, and Bluebird/TSVT control is “in a rush to get these transactions completed at any rate and protect their billions in inside trading,” he explained. A cooking scandal involving the damage of San Rocco Therapeutics ‘ gene therapy solution for SCD and thalassemia is hidden behind all of this.

JP Morgan predicted a$ 750,000 rate increase for the Bluebird goods in 2013. Girondi claims that Bluebird was able to jack up the price because of the damage to$ 3, 100, 000 per patient. &nbsp,

” There are 100, 000 SCD people in the U. Girondi remarked.” S.” ” Fraud amounts to$ 235 billion when one hundred thousand people multiplies the rate difference.” The biggest controversy of any kind has been recorded so far in the history of the world.

Girondi stated in an interview that he hopes to have his gene therapy matrix participate in the open medical trial, which will undergo a process revise by the end of the year and will start in Europe in twelve months.

San Rocco’s gene therapy system, which will be enrolled in U.S. and Western clinical studies by year-end, is expected to significantly alter the current industry environment, he continued.

The Trump administration’s treatment of the mainstream media is a richly merited honor because its coverage of him has been fiercely unjust and worse than that since he entered the political fray.
