With an house for tens of millions of dollars and no likely directing where that money should go, Liam Payne passed away. The band’s ex-girlfriend Cheryl Tweedy and a music business attorney Richard Bray are reportedly given administrative tasks while a European jury makes its last ruling.
When a man passes away without a will in the United Kingdom, the family and then their next of kin have first access to their house, according to the Guardian, which reviewed the court records. Never-married Tweedy and Payne had a child, and they were sons. Bear is currently eight years old.
The BBC  reported after reviewing estate documents that Tweedy and Bray may have a limited power over the estate and be unable to deliver any money. They are tasked by the judge with “preserving the deceased’s land until a common offer is made.”

Payne and Tweedy started dating in 2016, and they broke up a little over a year after Bear was born. He was known as Cheryl Cole, or simply Cheryl, when he was a contestant on the U.K. version of” The X Factor” in 2008 and 2010.
The One Direction song died last October from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires after consuming a number of stimulants. Payne had previously made the trip with girlfriend Kate Cassidy to Argentina to see One D part Niall Horan perform solo. Murphy has no influence over how Payne’s house is managed, despite the fact that he left the area several days before Payne passed away.
An autopsy revealed “pink cocaine,” a mix of artist drugs, and was found in Payne’s resort room, which was strewn with drug equipment, and an autopsy revealed it to be in his brain. According to police, the place had “various destroyed objects and furniture,” including a crushed TV monitor.
Prior to the 31-year-old’s drop, officers were dispatched to the hotel in response to an “aggressive person who could be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.” Police who were arrêting discovered Payne’s figure in the hotel courtyard after they heard a thud. Later analysis of the picture would reveal that Payne may have been incapacitated or semi-conscious when he fell.
The song” threw himself from his room’s balcony,” according to a police spokesman at the time. Payne passed away from numerous injuries and internal and external bruising.
In connection with his suicide, five people, including two hotel staff and a buddy of Payne’s, were charged in December. However, those three were cleared in February  after a judge determined that their do did not lead to the singer’s death. The other two alleged suspects in the band’s death, a server and another motel employee, remained in protective custody. They were accused of allegedly supplying Payne with opioids before his suicide in December.
A unique ex-girlfriend, Maya Henry, published a book in 2017 about a well-known boy band member who threatens to kill herself off a ledge. The partner of the character in the book prevents him from committing suicide.
