These are “miscreants who are masquerading under the awning of liberty fighting, perpetrating all kinds of diabolical acts, including foolish shooting. They are simply real terrorists. ” The assault occurred on the same day President Bola Tinubu was visiting Imo’s adjacent Anambra position to build institutional jobs. Authorities blamed the assault on Aboriginal People of Biafra ( IPOB), a party that wants freedom for the Igbo people in east Nigeria. Original London estate agent and founder of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu is on trial on violence claims in the investment Abuja.
