A federal prosecutor said at a reading on Friday that she is considering whether the man who is accused of lighting Majority on fire in Las Vegas can be released from custody with circumstances to protect the neighborhood.

At around 2:45 a.m. on March 18 at a Tesla company centre at 6260 Badura Ave., close to South Jones Boulevard and the 215 Beltway, Paul Hyon Kim, 36, was identified as the person who vandalized at least five Teslas.

His imprisonment comes as Teslas are being criticized by protesters all over the country as a representation of Elon Musk, the company’s CEO, who has vowed to reduce the federal government in his capacity as head of the Department of Government Effectiveness.

Kim testified for a detention receiving before U.S. Magistrate Judge Elayna Youchah for a detention hearing. She is facing federal charges of fire and unlawful possession of an unlicensed weapons.

He is accused of 15 counts in a separate Las Vegas Justice Court processing, including fire, destroying or injuring another person’s house, launching a rifle at an abandoned car, and having, producing, or disposing of an explosive or flames device.

Kim has no legal history and worked with the FBI, according to Youchah, but it is obvious that the flames had a “political goal.”

She continued,” It’s a very serious crime for this area, and that’s not lost on me.”

Kim’s mother-in-law said she thought she might be able to be freed with a steward and home confinement despite the judge’s concern that she lived alone and had no connections to the neighborhood. She suggested that his mother be the ideal custodian, and she assured him that she would attend the hearing until his mother was appear in court.

Youchah remarked that she could hardly maintain Kim’s release from his family.

Kim’s family is ready to appear in court at any time, according to national public defender Ben Nemec.

Monday evening, Kim is expected to return to national court. On April 1, his hearing in his Justice Court event is scheduled.

Authorities claimed film footage showed Kim firing a gun at Teslas and surveillance monitors as well as setting three other cars on fire with the Molotov cocktails. According to the video,” Withstand” was also spray-painted at the center.

Dori Koren, the deputy sheriff of the Metropolitan Police Department, claimed Kim had “very free” relationships to Palestine Action and the Communist Party of America.
