The founder of the” Reich Citizens” group” Kingdom of Germany,” Peter Fitzek, had been taken into custody on Thursday, according to a spokesperson for Germany’s Federal Prosecutor’s Office. Fitzek and three other alleged ringleaders of the group, who are members of a conspiracy theorist movements that reject the validity of the contemporary European republic, were detained. What are the detention of the” Kingdom of Germany” known for? In seven European states on Tuesday, police on the streets raided the homes of essential group members, making four arrests. Alexander Dobrindt, Interior Minister, banned what is currently the largest party of so-called Reich Citizens, following the drop. He claimed that the” Kingdom of Germany” was attempting to” create a counter-state” within Germany. Dobrindt defended the group’s founding as the self-declared monarch of the” Kingdom” and said,” The people of this organization have created a ‘counter-state’ in our land and built up criminal economic constructions.” They undermine the Federal Republic’s dominance over the use of power, he continued, “in this way.” They also use racist crime theories to support their alleged claim to authority, according to the article. Associate splinter groups are also included in the restrictions. What does the” Kingdom of Germany” group do? Dobrindt claims that the” Kingdom of Germany,” which reportedly has around 6, 000 people, is the largest organization in the Reichsbürger movement whose supporters dispute the validity of Germany’s post-World War II Federal Republic. Some members of this attitude object to demands made by constitutional authorities, such as charges and taxes. Additionally, they’ve been known to write their own driver’s licenses and passports. In recent years, German protection authorities have focused more on the movement because of concerns about its potential for violence. Most notable is the late 2022 discovery of a plot to overthrow the European state. According to reports, its designers planned to attack the European parliament and detain key figures before putting together an interim government. In addition to the narrative, 380 firearms were discovered and around 27 people were arrested. Ende of April 2024, three significant testing on violence and crime charges started. Baden-Württemberg, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia were the locations of the Tuesday assaults.
