During a meal celebration on Wednesday night to celebrate National Police Week, Vice President JD Vance praised the Trump administration‘s aid for law enforcement.

At their Washington house at the U.S. Naval Observatory, the vice chairman and second lady Usha Vance ate a small meal with about 20 state and local law enforcement officers.

On behalf of the president, who was unable to attend the event, Vance told the group gathered to learn his comment.” We love you men, and we’re thankful for the work that you do, and we’re thankful for the work that you do.

President Donald Trump is making starts in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates as Vance honors police officials.

Trump and Vance, who have recently criticized efforts to defund the police, have long had a strong stance on police officer help.

According to Vance,” the plan part is that we want to make it easier for police officers to perform their jobs.” We want to make it more difficult for people to reimburse authorities when they take legal action in the course of duty.

Therefore Vance discussed the demise of Deputy Sheriff Larry Henderson of Hamilton County, Ohio.

Rodney Hinton Jr., 38, was accused of trying to get revenge after Cincinnati officers killed his 18-year-old boy Ryan Hinton in relation to Henderson’s suicide.

When a ruthless criminal mowed down him while he was helping people at the University of Cincinnati, he was really a police officer who was legally obligated to do it,” Vance said of Henderson.

You’ve got to blame the person who committed the crime, Vance continued,” and clearly when I think about why that senseless murder happened, you’ve got to think about why.” However, I also believe that American administration is to blame for making our police officers appear to be enemies rather than the outstanding public servants that we all know they are.

In his unwavering support for law enforcement, the vice president also remarked that “moral management matters just as much as the common plan.”

Vance remarked,” This administration stands behind you guys from the leader on over.”

Vance is scheduled to address a speech at the 44th&nbsp, monthly Federal Peace Officers ‘ Memorial Service at the Capitol on Thursday. This year, the House of Representatives, which is led by the GOP, will vote on different pro-law enforcement measures.
