‘Block Zelensky From…’: Trump ‘Takes Big Pro-Putin’ Step; Snubs Ukraine Just Ahead Of Turkey Talks

Donald Trump, US President, is seen from left by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte ( Like )

Nato’s Mark Rutte stated on Thursday that he was” cautiously optimistic” about the Ukrainians ‘ chances of finding peace, but that it was up to Russia to take the “next steps necessary.” At a Nato gathering in Turkey, Rutte said,” I’m also cautiously optimistic that if the Russians are willing to play basketball as well, and not just the Ukrainians are doing this,” that some breakthroughs might occur. Rutte was speaking in advance of possible Turkey-Ukraine harmony negotiations being pushed by US President Donald Trump. Ukraine is prepared to support immediate agreements and a peace. That is completely correct. Rutte stated that the game is now plainly located in the Soviet court. He continued,” They have to explain what they are doing, whether or not they are here, whether or not they are with what staff, or whatever.” Vladimir Putin, the leader of Russia, has reportedly rejected Volodymyr Zelensky’s invitation to a meeting in Istanbul. Rutte claimed that Russia was sending a “lower stage group out to Turkey to these peace deals.” He said it is then up to the Russians to ensure they take the necessary future actions.
