An American tourist was found guilty of abusing a 12-year-old lady at a swimming complex and posting incorrect messages to her on Instagram. According to Channel News Asia, the jailed tourist, identified as Pramender ( 25 ), admitted guilt on Friday on two counts of attempting to persuade a child to commit an indecent act and one count of molesting a child under the age of 14. The 12-year-old was with her home at the Jalan Besar swimming advanced on March 31 when Ramender was charged with following her to the bathroom.
