According to local authorities, a Russian aircraft targeted a human bus in Ukraine’s north Sumy region on Saturday, killing at least nine people and injuring four people. The Sumy local military leadership described the incident as a” sarcastic harm” on civilians in a statement posted on Telegram. There are also dead in a vehicle with citizens, the statement read, regrettably. In a previous article, the officials had claimed that eight people had died. The military presidency claimed that the vehicle was “targeted by the Russians” as it approached Sumy after being attacked near the city of Bilopillya. Russia and Ukraine wrapped their initial direct negotiations in about three years in Istanbul on Friday, but there was no important breakthrough. The two parties agreed to a significant slave exchange but did not declare a ceasefire, saying rather that they would undertake to exchange ideas for possible truces. Kyiv stated after the talks that it wanted an “unconditional peace” to put an end to the fight, which had displaced millions of people and devastated large areas of Ukraine. However, those names have been consistently rejected, and the only real arrangement appeared to be a deal for 1,000 prisoners ‘ exchanges. Rustem Umerov, the country’s top negotiator, claimed that a conference between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky would be the “next step.” Moscow and Washington have even discussed the necessity of a meeting to discuss Putin’s relationship with US President Donald Trump.
